User and Subscription Service Agreement（English Version）

Welcome to use the products developed by our team (hereinafter referred to as “we”), including but not limited to applications such as “Chronicle/MeowTalkie/Photo Swipe Cleaner/Aesthetic Calculator/Focus One/Flip Timer” (hereinafter collectively referred to as “this service”). Before accessing or using this service, please be sure to carefully read and thoroughly understand this “User and Subscription Service Agreement” (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding document between you and us. Once you use this service in any way (including but not limited to downloading, installing, launching, browsing, registering, logging in, purchasing, etc.), it indicates that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to accept all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any content of this Agreement, please immediately stop using this service.

1. Service Content and Usage Rules 1.1 Service License: We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. 1.2 User Conduct Guidelines: You promise to use this service legally and in compliance. You shall not use this service to engage in any illegal, rights-infringing, or behavior that disrupts the normal operation of this service, including but not limited to: Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to crack the source code of this service. Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on this service. Bypass or attempt to bypass any security measures we have implemented to protect this service. Using this service to engage in any behavior that may harm the interests of us, other users, or third parties. Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws and regulations.
2. Subscription Services, Renewal, and Pricing 2.1 Paid Content: Some features or content of this service may require you to pay through internal purchase or subscription (hereinafter referred to as “subscription service”). The specific price of the subscription shall be based on the amount displayed when you make a purchase for a specific product (such as “Chronicle”) within the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. 2.2 Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust the price of the subscription service at any time. Price adjustments may occur due to promotional activities, cost changes, or other factors. Any price changes will be announced on the corresponding app store platform and will take effect for your future subscription renewals. 2.3 Subscription Cycle and Auto-Renewal: Your subscription service will follow the standard subscription policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play platforms. Subscriptions will automatically renew according to the cycle you choose (e.g., monthly, annually), unless you cancel automatic renewal via your Apple ID account settings or Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Renewal fees will be deducted from your account within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage your subscriptions and cancel auto-renewal at any time in your app store account settings. 2.4 Payment and Refund: All payment transactions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. For refund requests, you need to submit them directly to the corresponding app store platform and comply with its refund policy. We are unable to directly handle any refund matters.
3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability 3.1 Provided “As Is”: This service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, whether express or implied, in any form, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from errors. You assume all risks associated with your use of this service. 3.2 No Indirect Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, under no circumstances shall we, our affiliates, partners, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. 3.3 Data Security: We will take reasonable commercial measures to protect the security of your data, but we do not guarantee that we can completely prevent all potential security bugs. We will not be liable for data breaches, losses, or damages caused by hacker attacks, virus intrusions, technical failures, or any other force majeure events. 3.4 Third-Party Services: This service may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for the convenience of users. We assume no responsibility for the content, Privacy Policy, or operations of these third-party services. 3.5 Limitation of Liability: If any exemption clause in this Agreement is determined to be invalid, in no event shall our total liability to you exceed the total amount (if any) you paid to us for using the Service within the six months prior to the occurrence of the event giving rise to the claim.

You understand and agree that any feedback you submit shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, global, royalty-free, and unrestricted right and license to use, copy, modify, publish, translate, and distribute your feedback for any purpose without any compensation to you.
5. Amendment and Termination of the Agreement 5.1 Agreement Changes: We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Any modifications will be announced within this service or notified to you through other appropriate means. The modified Agreement will take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of this service will be deemed as your acceptance of the modified Agreement. We recommend that you regularly review this Agreement to stay informed of the latest version. 5.2 Service Termination: We may suspend or terminate your right to access and use this service at any time for any reason (including your breach of this Agreement) without prior notice.
6.
